Earth Day April 22, 2025
This year marks the 55th anniversary of Earth Day, with one billion supporters across 192 countries rallying behind the call for renewable energy. The 2025 theme, “Our Power, Our Planet,” highlights the urgent need for smart energy choices to protect our environment. The goal? To triple global clean electricity generation by 2030.
At the Los Gatos Birdwatcher, we’re taking action too. This year, we replaced all our fluorescent lighting with energy-efficient LED panels—cutting our store’s energy use by 50%! Join us in making a difference.
